Sports physicals for the 2022-2023 school year will be held at Montour High School on June 10, 2022 starting at 8am. 

Physical packets will be available on the school website and in the Athletic Office. 

All paperwork is due by 2pm on Tuesday June 7, 2022. LATE PACKETS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Athletes will not be scheduled for an appointment if their paperwork is incomplete. Appointment times will be emailed by June 8th to each athlete via the school email account.  It is your responsibility to check your scheduled appointment and arrive on time.
